How do I get a VivaStyle whitening kit?
What if my doctor doesn’t use VivaStyle in their practice?
How do I use the whitening kit?
1. Gently brush teeth with VivaStyle Activate for 2-3 minutes.
2. Apply 1/4 of the gel to the top and 1/4 to the bottom of your mouth trays
5. Put it in your mouth and ensure the trays are snug against your teeth
6. Keep trays in for 30-60 mins* – do not eat or drink liquids during this time!
7. Remove trays and rinse mouth out with warm water
8. Clean your trays with warm water only.
9. Apply VivaStyle Condition to top and bottom of tray.
10. Put the trays in your mouth and ensure the trays are snug against your teeth
11. Keep trays in for 5-10 mins to ensure no post-whitening sensitivity.
12. Remove trays and rinse with warm water.
13. Enjoy your VivaStyle Smile!

*Times for whitening gel may vary for different whitening strengths.

How long will the kit last for?
There is enough whitening gel included for the 10 day treatment plan.
I already have trays made, can I use these instead?
Where should I keep my whitening products?
The idea place to store your VivaStyle products are in a cool dry place like a bathroom cabinet or drawer. Try to avoid direct sunlight or heated areas.
I have sensitive teeth, will this make it worst?

What is the subscription service?
Our subscription service means you receive a new set of your chosen subscription products delivered to your door every 3 months.

The payment will be deducted from your account automatically and the product will be sent as soon as the payment is successful.

Can I change the frequency of my payments or products?
To change your frequency or products, login to your account.
How do I register my account?
When you purchase your subscription online, you will be prompted to create your account as you move through the checkout. After completing your purchase you will receive an email that will direct you to verify your account. Once completed, your account will be active and ready to use!
How do I cancel the subscription?
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account. You will not be charged for your next upcoming order, unless your order has already been despatched. Please cancel your account at least a week before expecting an upcoming order to prevent being charged for your upcoming order.

We currently ship within the United States only. US orders are typically processed and shipped out on the next business day. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for ground delivery.
