Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
US orders are typically processed and shipped out on the next business day. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for ground delivery.
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver expedited shipments to PO boxes. Due to shipping delays related to COVID-19, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses may take a bit longer to arrive. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Rates & Delivery
We offer FREE STANDARD GROUND shipping on all domestic US orders – no promotion code needed!
Please note that we ship all orders out on the next business day. However, we cannot control any coronavirus-related shipping delays that might occur once your order is in the hands of our carriers. That said, the vast majority of our customers are receiving their orders within the normal delivery windows noted here.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. is proud to extend a 30-day “Satisfaction Guaranteed” return policy. Any Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. consumable that does not perform to the satisfaction of the customer will be replaced or credited within 30 days of purchase by the customer.
After we receive the product back at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund of your money within 3 business days. The money will be credited back to you as per your original payment type.
Guidelines on Returns
To return any product, the product:
- Must be in salable condition to receive credit.
- Discontinued, obsolete, expired, damaged, or opened items will not be accepted for credit.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancel an Order
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you must do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation. If your order is eligible for cancellation and is cancelled, we will debit a cancellation charge of 2%. The balance amount shall be refunded in the same mode as your mode of payment. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to process, depending on our payment gateway
